We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to Auckland's southern suburbs and easily accessible from the motorway. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely terrace and garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Found this accommodation on the way to Auckland, it was a quick and easy stopover. The room was decent, clean, and they provided nice toiletries. The bed was quite comfortable, which helped me get a good sleep before continuing my trip. the place was close to a train station which made it easy to move around the city.
I noticed that their offers of snacks and drinks couldn't possibly be free, giving the impression that they want you to use them. It was very disappointing to find out that they have an astronomical fee on the food and drinks they offer.

One minor setback - some guests complained about the lack of instructions for the espresso machine.

Spent my Easter weekend at a refurbished pub, and although the location was not ideal, it was located close to the river, which offered pleasant walks. the restaurant served up a decent steak dinner, and the staff recommended a lovely cafe nearby. Another plus was that the room was clean.
The hot water did not work in the room with the spa bath, and despite trying to contact someone after 7 pm to address the issue, we could not reach anyone. the next morning we received a discount, but we would have rather had hot water.
